One lucky student will be immersed in the responsibilities of Saklan’s Library, taking over Joy & Meredith’s job as Librarian for a day. Hands-on duties include reading aloud to visiting classes, checking out books, emptying the return bin, reshelving books, repairing books, delivering books to teachers, sending out overdue notices, ordering books from Orinda Books, looking up dewey decimal numbers and reading levels, book jacketing, bar-coding, and much, much more!
